I specialize in unique view properties in Southern Utah.  Often they are very hard to find by just looking at the photos on the web and more often than not the ones that look good on the web only offer views from the garage!

That's why I preview homes weekly for my clients.  It's not unusual to find homes with spectacular views within $10k of the mediocre ones… and that’s usually all the appraisers will add for the view because “it’s value is in the eye of the beholder” or so I’ve been told by them over the years.
